• Controlled Temperature Operating Range: Standard design to 500 degrees F, custom systems to 850 F
• Chamber Size:  As required.  Largest model to date is 16 feet wide, 12 feet high, and 48 feet long.
• Design:  Standard oven panels are used for a walk in system.  A false ceiling is placed in the top inside of the box which serves as the heating supply duct.  In the center of the top of the oven is the burner on one side and the recirculation air blower on the other side of a separate duct chamber.  Supply air ducts are provided along the sidewalls which take hot air from the upper chamber and transport it to the work chamber.  Air is drawn from the work chamber past the burner and the cycle is repeated. 
• Exhaust Blower:  The exhaust blower is placed on the top of the oven box and draws from the positive pressure chamber over the work area.  The delta P of the blower is enhanced by the positive pressure of the recirculation air blower and increases the net effective exhaust volume. 
• Ovens are pre-assembled at our central Ohio facility and then dismantled for easy shipment and re-assembled in the field. 
• Additional time and cost savings can be realized by having the oven box shipped directly to your facility.  DELTA H will ship all additional required components for simple installation. 
• Start-up and operator / maintenance personnel training are available from DELTA H SYSTEMS, INC.
