innovative system designs and professional technical services for
manufacturers who utilize industrial heat processing systems including:
gas and electric heated furnaces, ovens, and kilns, and related
systems. Industries served include: metal processing and
steel
heat treating, aluminum and aerospace heat treating, ceramic drying and
firing, industrial finishing, powder coating, electroplating, research
and development, metal casting and foundries, and low temperature
process industries. DELTA H also provides used
and upgraded / reconditioned systems, custom controls and enclosures, high
quality new and used
parts, and specialized services. Technical services and
consulting are available 24-hours per day, 7 days per week.
Maintenance services include combustion system and burner inspections,
temperature controller calibration and uniformity survey services, and
repairs and upgrades. Service response can often be immediate
for
shut down situations. DELTA H is committed to
providing professional services for all makes of heat processing
systems, as well as keeping abreast of new technology to serve the
needs of our diverse clients.
